- Full application: $65 per adult, refunded at move-in
- Background and credit screening required

- Government-issued photo ID
- SSN or ITIN, for screening
- Proof of income
- Rental history / references
Move-In
- First month's rent: $1,795
- Security deposit: $1,795
- Total due at signing: $3,590
- Certified funds required
