- Maximum occupancy: 4 persons
- Each adult occupant (18+) must apply

- Full application: $65 per adult, non-refundable
- Background and credit screening required
Documents
Approved applicants may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued photo ID
- SSN or ITIN, for screening
- Proof of income
- Rental history / references
Move-In
- First month's rent: $1,825
- Security deposit: $1,825
- Total due at signing: $3,650
- Certified funds required
Move-In Special: Move in by September 1, 2026 and receive a $500 rent credit for qualified applicants. Ask for details.
